So, I'm going to do my best to keep this updated as a way for those back home to keep track of what I am doing and thinking. As for now, I will share what was going through my head as our plane did funny things with time zones on the way over here.
in regards to the space-time continuum
if we are pretending
that today is tomorrow,
and that the day that is
actually today is yesterday,
and that yesterday, we
left for tomorrow only to arrive
today, then outlook on the
daylight is never worse than 20/20
because hindsight’s proverb
wouldn’t lie.
Alli, why don't you know Georgian yet?

I get it, but I don't. I like it though.
OMG!!! I actually understand one of your poems!!! You dont know how excited I am...I had to read it a couple times, but I eventually got it! yay!
Now I have read all of your posts...and it sounds like an amazing place :) Slightly more of a tropical paradise than St. Charles. (Only slightly). I'm glad you chose the islands. Can't wait to hear more of your stories, and I hope they include ones where you are reassuring your family that you haven't died yet like they did last summer. Oh, and my puppy is doing well. BUT I guess the mention of him in this post indicates I'm getting closer to rock bottom.....MISS YOU.
